These Apple Cinnamon Bliss Balls are a healthy snacks, gluten-free, dairy-free and with no sugar added.
They are easy to make, and are a perfect alternatives to commercial snacks which are packed with processed ingredients.
All you will need are a few simple ingredients! I used hazelnut flour but you can replace it with almond flour. Instead of peanut butter you can also use almond or cashew butter.

- 1 small apple (65g cooked)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 50 g peanut butter (all natural, no sugar added)
- 30 g hazelnut flour
- 50 g wholegrain quick oats (GF)
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Wash, peel and dice the apple. Toss it with ground cinnamon and cook it in your microwave for 3 minutes or until soft. Smash it with a fork. Stir in the peanut butter, hazelnut flour and quick oats.
Roll out the dough into small balls (I suggest you have slightly wet hands to avoid the mixture to stick on). Roll each ball into sesame seeds.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
