This raw & vegan chocolate mouse is delicious. Made with simple ingredients, it is gluten-free and sugar-free. You will only need a blender and in like 5 minutes your chocolate mousse will be ready.
Leave it in the fridge overnight for a chocolate pudding texture!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 180 g tofu, semi soft
- 125 g soft persimmons
- 10g dark unsweetened raw cacao powder
- soy milk as needed (a few tbsp)
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy. Add the milk a little each time until you get a creamy but thick texture.

Pour into 2 classes

and either serve right away or store in your fridge for a few hours or overnight for a texture closer to a pudding.
