to thank you all for having patiently waited for me to post again a new recipe
and because I LOVE YA!
I am back with a new, easy, yummy and healthy recipe. Super basic today, just a few simple ingredients (buckwheat flour, coconut sugar, oil to make crumbly and flavourful cookies.
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 ml oil
- 60 g coconut sugar
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients
Add in the egg and oil and stir with a spoon first then using your hands until you get a nice smooth dough.
Roll it out between 2 parchment sheets and using cooking cutters cut out your cookies. You choose the shape!
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 for about 10 min or until the edges start to color. The baking time will depend on the size of your cookies as well as your oven!
Let the cookies cool down on a wire rack….then serve
or bring them with you to school, work, gym!
