Oven Roasted Radishes

Simple but delicious side dish with roasted radishes to pair with any fish or meat dish!

Today I want to share with you a fantastic recipe I got from TheRoastedRoot!

This simple side dish is made with radishes tossed in EVO, salt and pepper and roasted in the oven. Cooking the radishes will sweeten them up, removing their typical spicy taste.


  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Wash the radishes

Next cut them in half and season them with salt pepper and EVO. Use your hands to toss everything together until radishes are well-coated in oil and seasoning.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 for 20-30 min, tossing them around halfway through.

Serve them up as a side to a fish or meat main dish!
