These gluten-free, sugar-free, low fat and almost carb-free cookies are a life saver when on a diet. Each cookie only provide 31 kcal!
Made with a few simple ingredients, you can whip them up in no time.

Here is how!
Ingredients (makes 7 small cookies):
- 50 g egg white
- 5 g coconut oil, melted (@zumub, 10% discount code: EXPATCUCINA)
- 10 g Shapeshake, caramel flavour (@foodspring, or other brand of protein powder, vanilla flavour would work too)
- 15 g erythritol sugar (@zumub, 10% discount code: EXPATCUCINA)
- 25 g soy flour
- 5 g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a handful of dark chocolate chips, optional (not counted in the macros above)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Drop tbsp of dough on parchmante paper and bake in pre-heated oven at 180C for 10 min. Remove and let cookies cool down completely.

They have a soft, cake-like consistency, perfect to deep into you moving coffee!
