High in fibres and healthy fats, these crackers are perfect for those on a Keto, Paleo or Low-carb diet.

You will not believe how easy it is to make them and how tasty they are! Ingredients are always super simple, a bunch of seeds, salt and water.
Besides the flax and chia seeds which are needed to “glue” the dough together, all the others are optional, so feel free to replace them as you please.
- 50 g grounded flaxseeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 25 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g white sesame seeds
- 25 g hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 80 ml water
In a food processor place the chia, sunflower and hemp seeds. Pulse a few time then add the grounded flaxseeds, salt and water.
Pulse until a paste forms.
Transfer into a bowl and fold in the sesame seeds. Let the mixture rest for 30 min.
Next, roll it out into a 3 mm thick circle and bake in pre-heated oven at 120C for 30 min.
Remove from the oven and cut it into squares (or any other shape you like). If you want your crackers really crunchy, pop them back into the oven at 150c for 10 more minutes.
Once cooled store them in a jar or ziplock bag.
They are seriously delicious!
