Vegan Chocolate Pudding

A 100% plant base, low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar pudding, super easy to make!

I am experimenting with new breakfast ideas looking for something tasty but light and easy to digest.

Only 4 ingredients required to make this pudding: plant milk of your choice, vegan yogurt, some cocoa powder and agar powder, that’s all! I also added some vanilla (bolero) to infuse the milk, but it’s not necessary.

The recipe is simple and really requires just a few steps. Let’s get started!

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 150 g unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 g cacao powder
  • 60 g soy milk yogurt
  • 1 g agar agar
  • 1 g vanilla sweetener (bolero)

Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.

Remove from heat and transfer into a bowl, let it cool down then refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.

When ready to serve top it off with some seeds and a whip of coconut cream!
