Nutritious quick and easy make ahead breakfast to power you for the day!

I am obsessed with overnight porridge! I have made it in different flavours and different types as well (low-carb, paleo, peanut butter, with amaretto, and many more….).
The one I am sharing with you today is certainly one of my favorite. In this one I have kept things simple and just incorporated some blueberries.

Here is the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 40 g oats (@ZUMUB – DISCOUT CODE: EXPATCUCINA)
- 10 g vanilla oat flour (@ZUMUB – DISCOUNT CODE: EXPATCUCINA)
- 100 G blueberry Greek yogurt
- 15 g wheat bran
- 5 g ground flax seeds
- 200 ml almond milk
- fresh blueberries
In a saucepan combine oats, oat flour, wheat bran, flax seeds and milk. Stirring bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook until creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in a handful of blueberries and the yogurt.
Top it off with some extra blueberries (I also sprinkled some coconut flakes) and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy your breakfast the following morning!
