Wake up with a nutritious and healthy breakfast!

Absolutely one of my favorite way to start the day is with a yummy and nutritious breakfast.
With the temperature going up, I particularly enjoy overnight chilled porridge. I prepare my bow the night before and when I wake I’ve got a creamy and delicious breakfast waiting for me.

Coffee and Amaretto…shall I add anything else?

Ingredients:
- 30 g baby oat flakes
- 10 g vanilla oat flour (@zumub – Discount Code: EXPATCUCINA)
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 10 g wheat brain
- a handful of amaretti cookies
- 100 g coffee greek yogurt (try my recipe for flavoured yogurt)
- 10 g cacao powder + water + 1 tbsp Erythritol (@zumub – Discount Code: EXPATCUCINA)
In a saucepan combine oats, oat flour, flaxseeds, wheat bran and milk.

Bring to a simmer and cook stirring constantly until creamy

Add in the yogurt and move into a serving bowl

In a separate bowl dissolve cacao powder and erythritol into just a tiny bit of water, so to make a cream.

Spread that on top of the porridge and add a few crushed amaretto cookies.

Refrigerate overnight.

The following morning, just dip in spoonful of porridge and enjoy.

Such a great way to start the day!
