Breakfast is ready in less than 5 min with this creamy vegan porridge recipe!
5 minutes, that’s all I am asking for this recipe! Yes, you heard me right, JUST 5 MIN! And no I am not using instant oats. This time, I am making porridge using oat flour!
And specifically ZUMUB vanilla oat flour. This not only taste delicious but it is also super convenient, quick, low in fat and vegan!
You can use any milk you like, I went for almond milk, but other nut milk or coconut milk will work as well!

Ingredients (serves 1):
- 30 g vanilla oat flour (ZUMUB)
- 120 g almond milk (no sugar added) – you can also use coconut milk, or cashew milk or cow milk if not vegan
- 1/2 banana
- crushed nuts or any other topping you might fancy
In a small saucepan place oat flour and 120 g of almond milk
whisk until smooth and bring to a gentle boil on low heat stirring constantly until it gets creamy. It will really take like 2 minutes!
Pour into a bowl and top it off with some sliced banana ( or other fruit you fancy) and some crushed nuts.
Breakfast is ready!

Note: for some extra protein you can add a scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder (in this case, increase liquid to 150 g) or use 80 g milk and 70 g egg white!
