Healthy-monday!
Hello my friends from my beloved Shanghai. Only 10 more days here in China until my departure next week. But I will be back real soon π
As usual Monday here equals to a healthy recipe. Just as a way to start the week on a good note, taking care of our health and bodies.
Today for breakfast I am serving you low-carb, sugar-free crepes, filled with a creamy and chocolaty cream.

Read the recipe and go make them! You won’t regret it π
Ingredients (makes 3 crepes)
for the crepes
- 20 g oat flour
- 5 g powder peanut butter
- 30 g unsweetened Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
- 100 g egg white
- coconut oil for cooking
for the filling
- 5 g unsweetened cacao powder
- 40 greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chocolate cashew butter or hazelnut cream
In a bowl whisk up egg white and yogurt then add the dry ingredients

grease with coconut oil a 20 cm skillet heat it up on medium and when hot pour in 1/3 of the batter. Cook for 2 min then flip and cook for 1 more minute. Repeat with the remaining batter. You should get 3 crepes.

For the filling, I used chocolate cashew butter. Hazelnut chocolate spread would also work perfectly.

Mix that with greek yogurt and cacao powder

Divide the filling between the 3 crepes and spread it evenly.

Fold each crepe, pile them up, drizzle with more Choco cashew butter, a tbsp of maple syrup, dark chocolate pieces or whatever else you fancy

and serve it up!

Super yummy, low-carb and sugar-free breakfast!
