Breakfast Bowl

Simple and easy but SO tasty breakfast bowl that takes 2 min to put together and will provide a balanced meal to power you through to the day!


New week, new fit and healthy recipe!

This is not really a recipe, but more an idea for a balanced and fueling breakfast to get you started for your day.

I have finally found a GOOD artisanal coconut yogurt which is creamy and sour. On Kate and there is now a new line of plain unsweetened or sweetened coconut yogurt as well as coconut yogurt swirl with fruit puree. I JUST love it.

You can also check out my recipe for making coconut yogurt at home if where you live you cannot buy it.

Here is what you need to do.

Take a large bowl and pour in a jar of plain unsweetened coconut yogurt, then top it off with some granola, sliced banana, fresh blueberries and a spoon of chocolate almond butter (also sold on Kate and Kimi).


Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.
