Low-carb, high-fat brownie like bites easy to make but super tasty!

I happened to have an open jar of sunflower seeds in my fridge which needs to be used up, so the other day I decided to try one of Joe Duff’s recipe and ended up making his Keto Brownie Bite Fat Bombs.
The recipe is super simple, quick yet super tasty!
Store the bites into your fridge for several weeks and pop one in your mouth when needed 😉
Ingredients (makes 8 bombs):
- ½ Cup (128g) unsweetened sunflower butter
- ¼ Cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ Cup (66g) confectioners erythritol
- 3 Tbsps (21g) coconut flour
- A pinch of salt
Combine all ingredient into a bowl and mix until you get a ball of dough
Roll up the mixture into 8 balls
Store the fat bombs in your fridge to firm up and enjoy one when needed! I personally like to have one before heading to the gym to fuel my body with energy for my workouts.
One bomb provides:
9,5 g Fat
5.5 g Carbs (3.5 Fibers)
4 g Pro
