One Step Paleo Keto Bread

A bow, a few simple ingredients and an oven it’s all you need to make this easy low-carb, high-fat Keto and Paleo bread.

I often get asked for good paleo/keto bread recipes, I think this one is one of the best and easy to make. It will give you a soft spongy loaf perfect to toast and spread with jam or nut butters or to serve with eggs, bacon or whatever you like.

What I love even more about this recipe is that it really require just one step and will only get dirty one bowl and a whisk, so you are not left with lots of cleaning to do and can enjoy your day!

Ingredients (makes 1 loaf):

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ACV or Coconut vinegar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 c flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Key ingredient for this recipe is coconut vinegar or ACV

In a large bowl start off beating up the eggs…I go free range!

Add the remaining ingredients

and mix until a thick batter forms

Pour batter into a baking loaf pan and cook in pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 30-40 min. Let the loaf cool down completely on a wire rack

Then slice it up

and serve it as you prefer…

You will have a very spongy and soft loaf, so I like to toast it a bit
