No need to break the bank buying expensive packs of oat flours at the grocery store, make your own in just 5 min and with just a blender. Yes, that’s all it takes! And there you have it, oat flour ready for you to use in baking, pancakes or anything else that float your boat. It couldn’t get any easier, could it?

For gluten-free flour, just use gluten-free oats! 😉

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rolled oats

Place the oats into a powerful blender

and process on high speed until a flour forms

DONE!

Store into a jar or a paper bag and use when needed.
