What do you do when you have cravings for chocolate? It’s good to have a few quick and easy recipes to satisfy the craving. Following a diet that is sustainable and does not feel like deprivation is KEY to long-term commitments and long-term results.
I have been looking for a healthy “chocolate mousse” for a very long time, but all the recipes out there were all using high-fat cream or coconut cream. I, instead, this time, wanted to make something that was not only low in carbs, but also relatively low in fats for those days when I have used up all my macros but I am still craving something sweet!*
