Tropical Avocado Cocktail
Creamy, healthy and super tasty smoothie-like cocktail!
I know…avocado in a cocktail? You might think I’ve gone totally loony here. Oh well, you guys know I am an experimenter and I like to push you to get out of your comfort zone and try new things!
Do you ever find yourself choosing between a smoothie and a cocktail? Or, even more often for me, do you ever find yourself unable to order cocktails when you go out because everything on the menu is FULL of added sugars and super unhealthy for you? And there you end up ordering your boring soda water or cranberry juice…
I’ve been there myself SO MANY times.
Well, in today recipe I get you a cocktail which is tasty, healthy and will get you a little tipsy too!
Avocado, cucumber, mint, mango, lime juice, coconut water, coconut milk, and vodka make for a super refreshing frozen cocktail/smoothie!
To make my Tropical Avocado Cocktail I am using my new super pretty and dandy-handy blender from SMEG.
SMEG has just launched its TMall flagship store and it’s doing lots of amazing promos this week, so go check it out if you LOVE this brand like I do!
