Lemon Vinaigrette in a jar

Try using this easy vinaigrette to upgrade your veggies, salads, fish and more!

This no fuss lemon vinaigrette is the perfect dressing! Light and flavorful is perfect to dress some boiled fish like mackerel or sea bass, to drizzle on roasted salmon filets, on your salads, roasted veggies and so much more.

All you need are a few simple ingredients and a jar to shake it all up!


  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar

Gather all your ingredients

and add them into a jar (lemon juice, vinegar,sugar, salt, ground pepper). Cover with a lid and shake until salt and sugar have dissolved. Add oil and shake until thoroughly combined.

Store in your fridge for up to 2 days!
