Passion Fruit Mango Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream
With no added sugar, this frozen yogurt makes the perfect dessert without messing up with your waistline 😉
I have never been sure whether I am suppose to call frozen yogurt “ice cream”…I certainly used an ice-cream machine to make this but…it ain’t really gelato…
What I am sure, though, is that this creamy, sweet treat is super healthy and packed just with the right nutrient. Protein from the Greek yogurt, vitamins from the fruit and with zero added sugar. It goes hand-in hand with any low-carb/sugar-free challenge you might be doing these days for fit back into your bikini!
Here is all you need!
Ingredients (makes around 500 g of final product):
- 1 cup diced frozen mango
- 2 passion fruit
- 350 g Greek yogurt (I used the amazing Irene’s one)
- crashed pistachios (to serve)
Place all the ingredients into a blender
and process until creamy
transfer into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer instructions
For a soft(er) served product, scoop it out right away. If you want it to have a bit more of a consitency, place it into your freezer for a couple of hours, then serve 🙂
