Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Made using Kaya’s All-natural coconut jam, this smoothie bowl is sweet and delicious.

Smoothie bowls are my new addiction! They make the perfect breakfast and snack and you can literally use any type of ingredient you prefer.

The other morning I got up craving something sweet. I had recently purchased a jar of Koya All-natural coconut jam and decided to try it in my morning smoothie bowl.

I have heard about Koya’s products for a while, People on social media here in China had been talking about her amazing sweet and savory jams, so I decided it was time for me to try them too! I contacted Gin, the founder of Koya all natural and placed my first order!

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1/2 cup diced frozen mango
  • 1 cup whole fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Kaya all natural coconut jam
  • 1/2 cup sliced frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tbsp crashed pistachios

Gather all your ingredients into a blender

and process until smooth and creamy

Transfer into a coconut bowl, top if off with some hemp hearts and crushed pistachios

Serve it immediately!
