Coconut Cream Hot Chocolate

It’s cold! Like really cold! Like SUPER cold.
To keep myself warm, besides the heavy cashmere sweater and having my heater set at 28C the whole day, I made myself a hearty, creamy, calorie rich hot chocolate.
I love coconut cream and the combination with dark chocolate make it the perfect combo for a super, creamy, satisfying drink!
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 2/3 cup of finely chopped vegan dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp erytrithol sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Gather all your ingredients
In a small saucepan bring the coconut cream to a simmer
Add the dark chocolate, erytrithol and 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until chocolate is melted and you have a creamy mixture
Pour it into your cup and serve
Note: if you want your hot chocolate to be extra creamy and dense, let it cool down a bit or omit the water!
