Expatcucina goes to Japan!!!
…ok well, not really but we are getting pretty international here! In fact on Oct. 25th I will be hosting a cooking class in JAPANESE, for all the Japanese people that live in Shanghai, that love Italian food and that would like to learn how to make some tasty dishes!
In case you were wondering, no, I have not learnt Japanese (… yet)! But Ilaria did!
Ilaria is a restless world traveler She recently settled down in Shanghai, where she’s trying to get familiar with Chinese culture and struggling to learn Mandarin. Before that she used to live in Moscow and Tokyo.
She likes experimenting in the kitchen, but her true love is genuine Italian food, to enjoy in good company and with a glass of wine.
She will be supporting me during the class helping translating into Japanese.
Expatcucina cooking class in Japanese will be hosted on Oct. 25th from 10.30 to 12.30 at Living Kitchen in Xujiahui!
We will learn how to make:
– Tagliatelle alla boscaiola (tagliatelle in mushroom sauce)
– Persimmon Cookies
Price is: RMB 320
If you are Japanese or speak Japanese and would like to register, send an mail to: expatcucina@gmail.com
Love
– Dani
