I just got back last night from a company team outing, then this morning I went training, then met a friend for lunch, then went to the hairdresser and now it’s almost 6 pm and outside is dark, which means I can’t take any food pictures, which means, I need to wait until tomorrow to cook something new to share with you…Soooo, I have decided that for today I will just share some of my favorite rice and grain recipes!
Let’s start with some smoked salmon risotto, shall we?
and move on to a healthy Oat Groat Salad
and now some “less healthy” fried rice balls with mortadella
speak and goat cheese risotto…to die for!
and when it gets cold, a comfy chicken and rice soup. One of my winter favorite!
