sorry I have been a stranger for the past 3 weeks, but I finally, after over 6 months, I was able to go back to Italy and spend some quality time with my family. I was in Lecce for over 10 days, and then spend a week in Germany at my company HQ for some internal training.

Today, to celebrate this new sponsor, I want to share with you this recipe I have made with FruitApe products. It’s an easy but original way to serve your fruit. It is also a great idea for your kids to enjoy their meal!

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 orange
  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 slice watermelon
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

Start by peeling off the orange,DSC_0294 and slice it up into wedges (you will need 8 for making 2 servings)


Peel and slice the kiwi


Grab some fresh blueberries


rinse them in cold water and set aside

DSC_0298In a small plate place the yogurt, then 2 slices of kiwi, one next to each other leaving about 1 cm space in between


Then place 4 wedges of orange, 2 per side, 1 going up and 1 going down. Cut 2 triangles from the watermelon and place them on top of the kiwi. Then lay the blueberries in a line, right in the center. To finish off your butterfly, use the pine nuts to make the antennas!
