Roasted Spring Potatoes

Weather in Shanghai has been AMAZING! We have had a full week of sunny and hot (20+ c) days. I could not feel any better!

This weekend I’m start training for the Jinqiao 8k marathon, I’m excited! Plus I’ve got a busy birthday celebration agenda with more than 4 birthdays over 3 days…

Before I disappeared behind kilos of cake and liters of sparkling wine, let me share with you this easy Roasted Potato Recipe.

Oh, and Happy Women Day ladies 🙂


  • 600 gr spring potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh rosemary

Wash the potatoes and the rosemary


In a baking tray pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and add the peeled garlic cloves


Add the potatoes and rosemary, season with salt


add the remaining olive oil


and seasoned salt. Stir well and bake at 180-200 C for about 1h or until potatoes are cooked through.


Perfect side dish to roasted meat!
