Interview on

I’m back to Shanghai! Got in this afternoon at 3.30 pm (local time) after a 24 h journey started in Lecce and ended here in China through Milan first and Dubai.

Leaving home is always so hard and so painful but luckly everytime there is some kind of good news waiting for me in Shanghai. In fact today, when I got home, after I unpacked and stucked my fridge with all the delish food I brought back, I open my computer and found an email from Erin, one of the editor of who was informing me that my interview was finally published.

I know it’s a small thing, but it’s always a pleasure to see that there are people out there that appreciate what I do here on expatcucina.
