Chocolate Banana Pudding Mini Pies!

Super simple recipe to make delicious mini pies with a creamy filling of chocolate pudding and sliced bananas!

After all these sevory recipes, it’s time for some sweets!

Anyone can make these chocolate-banana pudding pies, even your 5 year old kid. If you don’t believe me, read through this post and you will realize that I am not kidding.

Ingredients (serves 6):

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 50 g vanilla-milk cookies

  • 1 package of chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 banana
  • 20 g dark chocolate (grated)

Take your vanilla-milk cookies and process them into fine crumbles. Then melt the butter and pour it into the cookies. Stir well

Cover each muffin cup with plastic wrap and press the cookies evenly onto the bottom. Refrigerate for about 20-30 min

Meanwhile take the pudding mix…I used the fat free and sugar free one but you dont have to…

and prepare it according to package instractions

Slice up a banana

and place a few slices on top of the crust

then cover with a layer of chocolate pudding. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve, take your pudding pies out of the refrigerator. grab the plastic wrap and pull the pies out of the muffin cups. Then grate on top of each some chocolate

and go for it
