This is what I have made myself for lunch today, after a long and tiring pole dance session.
This pasta dish is light, packed with all the nutrients you need for the day and very healthy. Hope you guys will like it 🙂
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 4-5 leaves of fresh basil
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 can of tuna fish
- 180 g bow-tie pasta (or any other short cut you like)
Grab your pesto. This one is homemade! If you want to make your own just follow my step by step recipe🙂
Cook the pasta according to package instruction, drain it and dress it with the pesto
Take a can of tuna
open it
and add it to the pasta. Then take the feta cheese
and add a couple of tbsp to the bowl
next up, ash the basil, put the leaves one on the other, roll them up
then slice them
and sprinkle them on top of the pasta
and last add a few pine nuts
Done!
Stir all the ingredients together and enjoy!
