I have been drinking a lot of soy milk recently…I go throw this phases in my life when I am obsessed with certain food. Now it’s the time of soy in any form and shape.
This is a very simple shake recipe I have made for myself a few days ago. I integrated protein powder to give it an extra kick, but you can omit that and replace soy milk with normal 2% milk.
- 1 small, ripe mango
- 2 cup soy milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender and well…blend until smooth 🙂
Easy as that!
