I’ve been wanting to make blueberry muffins in years…yes, you heard me…I never made blueberry muffin until today!
This morning when I went buy grocery to the “avocado lady” on wulumuqi road, I saw this fresh box of blueberry calling my name, so I grabbed them, brought them home and decided to finally make muffins!
Make this sometime soon 🙂
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp millefiori extract
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 whole large egg
- 1/2 cup blueberry
Whisk the egg
then add in the yogurt,
sugar and vegetable oil (sorry I miss a shot here…it happens sometimes)
When the ingredient are well incorporated add in the flour and baking powder
then add the millefiori extract
you should have a nice and thick butter
add in the blueberries
and gently fold them in
Divide the butter into 6 muffin cups
sprinkle some sugar on the top of each muffin
and bake at 180 C for about 20-25 min. Remove from the oven, let them cool down
for breakfast, with your afternoon tea or as your after dinner dessert!
