Peanut Butter Cup Pie


because I got my MRI result and my knee is fine

because I won’t need a surgery and in a couple of weeks I’ll be able to work out again

because I don’t have to give up dancing

and because I’m happy

I’m going to share with you this sweet, tasty, awesome peanut butter cup pie! I love pies!…I think you got that already…;)


  • 1 pkg (250 g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pkg Jell-o Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups Cool Whipped Topping
  • 1 pkg Oreos
  • 150 g semi sweet dark chocolate

Put the Oreos in a zip lock bag

and using a rolling pin crumble them …You could also use a food processor…but this is so much more fun!…trust me, IT IS!!! 😉

Melt the butter

and pour it onto the oreos

Using a for mix to combine then press evenly onto pie pan. Refrigerate unti ready to use

Grab the cream cheese

and put it in a bowl of your electric mixer with 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter


Cream the 2 ingredients together scraping bowl from time to time

Add milk

then grab the Jell-o Vanilla instant pudding

and dump it in

Whisk in 1 cup of  cool whip and keep mixing until you get a very soft cream

Now do not try it! Absolutely don’t do it or you’ll find yourself with the face in the bowl licking the whole cream and then you will not have a pie…wouldn’t that be embarassing???

Spoon the cream into crust and refrigerate until ready to use

Now grab some fine semi sweet chocolate…

and melt it in a double sauce pan together with the remaining Cool Whip. Cool completely

Using a spatula spread chocolate mixture over pudding layer

Microwave remaining 2 tbsp of peanut butter and drizzle over pie.

Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm
