Peanut Butter Oatmeal Nutella Sandwich Cookies

I made these sandwich cookies yesterday morning….cause I felt like it!
They are one of the most delicious thing I’ve had in a long time!…and I am not kidding. I’m writing you from my office so I need to be short and go back to work.
You guys give this a try! 😉

Ingredients (makes 8 sandwich cookies):
For the cookies:
  • 1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cup Extra Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Nutella
For the frosting:
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

In a bowl combine all the ingredients for making the cookie dough: nutella, peanut butter, baking powder, flour, vanilla, oats, egg and brown sugar

With a spoon combine all the ingredients together

Use a spoon measuring spoon to form balls of dough, and place the balls on the tray

Then press down each ball with the back of the measuring spoon

Bake at 180 C (375 f) for about 9-10 min

Remove the cookie from the over and let them cool down

Now move on make the frosting! In a bowl mix powdered sugar and peanut butter

Spread the frosting between two cookies, press gently against each other to stick them together

Put on plate and serve!

I think these santwich cookies are one of the best I’ve made in a long, long time

Hope you guys enjoy them as much as I did!

Have a good start of the week!
