I went Xmas shopping today! Yes I did…
I went to the SCIS Holiday Bazaar in Hongqiao and I’ve got some really amazing stuff!
Among the rice breads, and crepes, and little chinese umbrellas, I’ve got 3 of Lisbeth Kaergaard Lang knitting purses. SHE IS AMAZING!
She basically hand makes these beautiful purses in different colors and shapes at VERY affordable prices.
You guys should check her out. This is the link to her blog: http://www.frulang.wordpress.com/

Moving on to cooking, I’ve experimented with ginger tonight and I am very happy with what I’ve got.
Ginger snow peas…delicious !
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 250 g snow peas
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- green onion, chopped
Start by peelling off the strings
You have to do so cause look at what we have got here…
Now, mince some fresh ginger
In a bowl combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, green onion and ginger. Stir well
In a skillet heat some peanut oil
make it really hot, then throw in the snow peas
Stir fry for a few minutes
Next up, pour in the seasoning. Stir well
Keep cooking for a few minutes
Then turn off the heat and serve on a plate
Enjoy!
