I’ve spent the day cooking: muffins, mocha pies, pots de creme, milk cream,..now my back hurts, my kitchen is a mess and all I wanna do is pack and move to an other galaxy…
Unfortunately my bf didn’t let me go and on top of all the things I’ve cooked today I also had to make dinner…I’m upset and tired and…I’ll stop here…
This is what I’ve made tonight: a simple, but deliciously tasty, pan-fried pork chops.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 8 pork chops
- 2 eggs
- a dash of milk
- bread crumb
- Italian herbs mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- Olive oil to fry
Start by taking bread crumb and mixing it in a plate with Italian Herbs mix and a pinch of salt
Take 2 eggs and beat them with a dash of milk
In an other plate put about 1/2 cup of flour
Take each pork chop and dredge it in flour
Shake off the excess flour and then coat it with egg
and finally dredge it in bread crumbs/herbs mix
In a skillet heat some olive oil
Make sure the oil is hot then add 3 to 4 pork chops to the skillet and cook them for about 5 mins
then flip’ em over and keep cooking for other 3 mins (depending on how thick your pork chops are, you want them cooked through but as generally pork chops are pretty thin it shouldn’t take too long)
When the pork chops are done, remove them from the pan to a serving plate and enjoy!
