Panna Cotta

Have I ever told you that I LOVE panna cotta? …Have I? It is one of the most delicious dessert EVER, yes EVER, and it is super, S-U-P-E-R easy and quick….yes QUICK, FAST, EXPEDIENT!

and every time I make it my boyfriend says: “oh, this is gooooood Dani!”……I love when he says that.

You guys should try it too!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 65 g sugar
  • 75 ml milk
  • 4 g gelatine
  • caramel sauce

Take the gelatin sheets and soften them in a bowl of cold water for about 15 min.

Meanwhile heat milk, sugar and heavy cream for about 15 min without having it boil!

Turn off the heat

Take the gelatin and squeeze out the water

Add it to the warm mixture, stir well till gelatin dissolve

Pour the mixture into 4 small panna cotta forms

Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours. This is how it looks after about 5 hours.

Serve with caramel sauce
