Yesterday night, after a 3 week break, I went back to pole dancing class! I found out my old teacher has now been replaced by a new one, and I’m sad! 🙁 This new girl is good, don’t get me wrong, I’m just not a big fan of changes…I like my stable world…I’m weird that way…
Anyways, when I got back home it was already 8.30 pm, my bf looked at me with the starvation look. I made this easy and quick blue cheese pasta dish … it was yummy! ….
Ok, ok this is not exactly a light recipe, but look at it this way…the bikini season is over!
So ENJOY! 🙂

- salt, pepper, sage

In a skillet heat oil and chopped onion. Cook until onion is soft, then add the ground beef, 1 tsp of salt and stir fry for a few minute.
Pour in half cup of white wine, turn on the heat and let it evaporate.
Cook till it gets quite dry
Now, go and take 50 g of blue cheese

Add it to the skillet and mix it with the meat
Pour in the heavy cream, some black pepper and sage
