Expat Show – Chef Dani

I’ve been invited to the 4th edition of the Expat Show as the representative Italian Chef for a famous French brand of cooking equipment last Saturday

It was fun and interesting and I met so many new people…I really enjoyed my time there!

I arrived at 2 pm and immediately started my demonstration. I made 2 dishes, as requested:

1. The Mediterranean Noodle Capers

2. Spaghetti Carbonara

and everybody seemed to enjoy the food and have a good time.

It was definitely an experience for me, since it was the first time I took part to such a big showcase event. At first, I was quite nervous. My hands were shaking and I was sweating…….I was having premature hot flashes…but slowly I managed to calm myself down, I started talking to the people that randomly stopped by my stand

and their positive comments and nice, friendly faces made me feel comfortable and brought back to life the chatty-outgoing-side of my personality.
