I am officially on a diet! I can’t keep eating like I have done in the last months…I just CAN”T! And yes, I know eating is awesome, but my 120 euro Diesel jeans, which now are quite too tight on my tights, are awesome too…so I am just going to pay a little bit more attention on the amount of calories I ingest everyday…
Also, I have decided to buy a pole, for practicing pole dancing at home. I am sooooo much into pole dancing now that every week I am looking forward to go to class and learn a new spin…not that I am good at it, I mean, not yet! I will become a pro as soon as I will have my pole at home…So far my body is covered in bruises and my muscles are sooooo sore I can barely move normally…
Anyways, since I am on a diet I have decided to go with some light recipes, which I am sure will be much appreciated by the ladies (and not only) who are reading me now…Yesterday I made this delicious, super duper awesome smoothie…oh Lord, it was soooo creamy and tasty and so low calories. It was my breakfast but it can be perfect as well for a light lunch or an afternoon snack. Try it sometime soon 🙂
Ingredients (for 2 smoothies):
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberry
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberry
- 1/3 cup frozen bananas
- 1 tsp equal
- 125 g sugar and fat free yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- some ice cubes
Take the blueberries
the strawberries
and the bananas
and dump’ em into a blender
Now take a sugar and fat free yogurt (I bought mine at CityShop for about 7 yuan) and add it to the blender
Add a few ice cubes and start blending.
While your blender is working take 1 tsp of equal (or splenda) and mix it in a 1/4 cup of water. Add it to the mixture together with 1/4 cup of milk. Keep blending till you get a smooth texture. Add more water if necessary.
Dump your smoothie in a class and enjoy!
