Coconut Microwave Boobs Cake

Basically there are 2 types of men…those who like asses and those who like boobs…My bf belongs to the second group, which is funny since I DO NOT HAVE big boobs…at all…(mine still have a nice shape tho……, yeah they do!)…anyways, yesterday it was his b-day and I have decided to give him the possibility to touch, taste, eat BIG BOOBS, and look…without even calling him out for cheating on me…Isn’t that great? I’m such a fabulous girlfriend…I AM!

But I live in China in a nice apartment with NO oven tho, so again I had to find a way to bake those boobs…what’s better than to microwave them? I have filled ’em up with coconut custard and covered them with vanilla frosting and MMF …These boobs were goooooooodddddd. Damn it! I think I ate  more boobs than my bf did….

Shame on me!

Let’s make this cake, shall we?

Ingredients (for 2 nice boobs):

(for the batter)

  • 180 g flour
  • 80 g coconut flakes
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 10 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

(to decorate)

  • Vanilla frosting
  • Coconut milk
  • MMF
  • Food coloring (pink)

(for the cream)

  • 2 egg yolks,
  • 30 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 40 g coconut

Let’s start by making the MMF

Place your marshmallows in a double sauce pan with 2 tbsp of water. Turn on to medium heat.

Look they are melting…

When your marshmallows turn into cream, turn off the heat

and add 120 g of powdered sugar. Mix fast

Place the dough on a surface covered with powder sugar and kneat it by slowly incoporate the remaining sugar.Keep your hands covered with powder sugar so the marshmallow wont stick on your fingers

Cover the though with cling film and place in a dry and cool place for 24 h.

Let’s now make the batter for the cake.

Melt the butter

Mix it with the sugar

Now add the eggs, one at a time, mix in between each addition

Slowly sift in the flour and baking powder

Take the coconut flakes

and add them to the batter…..mmm, doesn’t it look delicious?

Take a Pyrex bowl, cover it with baking sheet and pour in half of the batter

Microwave it for 2.5-3 min at  max power.

Make the second boob now!

Here we go…look at’ em…

Time to make the cream now!

Mix eggs and sugar

add flour and mix well

Slowly pour in milk then coconut flakes.

Let it bring to a boil (low heat) stirring continuously till it gets dense. Turn off the heat and pour the cream in a bowl. Set aside and let cool down.

Now we are really ready for shaping up these boobs! Make sure to place ur boobs right next to each other…no one likes separated boobs!

Cut each boob in 3 slices

Take the bottom layer and pour in some coconut milk than spread some coconut cream on top.

Repeat with the remaining layers.

Repeat with the second boob then cover both with vanilla frosting.

Take the MMF and divide it into 2 parts. From each part save a small piece.

Take one part and roll it out (notice I have used pink marshmallow so that they look like human body skin).

Cover one boob with the disc of MMF. Repeat with the second piece of MMF and cover the other boob.

Take now the small pieces and add some food coloring (Pink)

Make now 2 small balls and 2 small discs….these are going to be your boob’s nipples

Place them on top of your boobs.

Whip some whipping cream and decorate your boobs as you like!
