Pizzaiola Chicken

Looking for an easy but tasty recipe for tonight dinner? Here it is!  This pizzaiola chicken is a delicious dish that wont eat up much of your time.

I’ve learned this recipe from my aunt, who is from Napoli, and who make the best Pizzaiola Chicken I have ever had. You guys should definitely try this recipe!

For capers and oregano you can find both at Cityshop.

Ingredients (for 3 servings): 配料(约3人份量):

  • Chicken (legs and breast) – 鸡肉(腿和胸)
  • 1 can tomatoes (400 g) – 1 听番茄
  • 2 tbsp capers – 2 汤匙续随子
  • 1 tbsp oregano – 牛至
  • 2 clove garlic – 2 瓣蒜
  • olive oil – 橄榄油

In a skillet heat the chicken and garlic with olive oil. 锅里加入油,蒜和鸡肉。加热

Cook the chicken from both sides and add salt. 把肉的两面煎至金黄色。加盐

Add the tomatoes, adjust with salt. Cover with a lid and let simmer for about 30 min. Do not add water! 加入番茄和盐。 把锅盖子盖上并,用小-中火炖约30分钟。不要加水!

When your chicken is almost done add capers and oregano. 熟好之前把续随子和牛至放入锅里。

Serve warm 🙂 乘热上菜即可。:)
