Macedonia is a salad composed of small pieces of fruit. It is an easy instant dessert for any occasion and it is perfect during the Summer since it is served cold.
I like dressing my Macedonia simply with some sugar and lemon juice, it makes it just delicious and very light 😉 You can use any kind of fruit you like, I’ve made it with what I was able to find at the wet market, you can just do the same.
Ingredients (for 4 servings): 原料 4人份)
- 2 kiwi – 2 个猕猴桃
- 1 apple – 1个苹果
- 1 banana – 1个香蕉
- 300 g strawberry – 300克草莓
- 1 lemon juice – 1 个柠檬汁
- 2 tbsp sugar – 2汤匙白糖
Wash the strawberry and cut them into small pieces 将草莓洗干净切小块
Then do the same with the kiwi 将猕猴桃去皮切小块
The banana 香蕉
And the apple. 苹果
Put all your chopped fruit in a bowl 将所有的水果放在一碗中
and dress it with lemon juice and sugar. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving it to your guests 🙂 加入柠檬汁和糖。冷藏2个小时
