Dani's marinated beef

This  recipe came out of the bat just like that! I was thinking about an easy and light, yet tasty way to cook some beef for dinner and while I was in the train heading back home, I thought that lemon and olive oil are always a good match! All you need to do is marinate the meat for 1 hour and bake it in the oven for less than 15 min!

I found it to be very yummy, let me know what you guys think 🙂

Ingredients (for 2 servings): 原料 (2人份)

  • 3 slides of beef (5 mm thick) – 3 片牛肉(3 毫米厚)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil – 4 匙橄榄油
  • 1 lemon – 1个柠檬
  • salt, pepper and breadcrumb – 食用盐,黑辣椒粉, 面包屑

Cut the meat into smaller pieces and dress it in a bowl with olive oil, the juice of one lemon, salt and black pepper. Let it sit for one hour. 将牛肉切小片,加入橄榄油,柠檬汁,盐和黑辣椒粉。静置松驰约1个小时

Lightly oil the oven tray 轻地黄油烤盤中

Lay the meat with its juice and sprinkle on top some breadcrumb.将肉放在 烤盘里,肉上滴一些面包屑。

Bake in preheat oven at 200 C for  about 15 min. 放入预热的烤箱以约200度烤15分钟
