Pasta in stracchino and rocket sauce

This pasta dish is a great solution when you don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. It is simple, healthy and tasty. My boyfriend liked it a lot. It can be served warm as well as cold, so perfect as a Summer dish 🙂

Ingredients (for 2 servings) 配料(约2人份量):

  • 100 g stracchino cheese – 100 克鲜软奶酪
  • 1 bunch of Rocket – 1 束火箭菜
  • 50 ml heavy cream – 50 升鲜奶油
  • 150 g pasta – 150 克意面
  • salt – 使用盐

Wash and chop the rocket. 将火箭洗干净切碎

Heat up the heavy cream and the stracchino cheese. 把鲜奶油和鲜软的奶酪加热。

Add the chopped rocket, salt and mix well. Turn off the heat. 加入碎火箭和盐均匀搅好后再关火

In the meantime, put some water in a  pot and wait till it start boiling. Once it’s boiling drop in a package of spaghetti. Add salt. 另煮一锅滚水加入1小匙盐,再加入意面煮10分钟。

Drain the water and dress pasta with the stracchino and rocket sauce. 将水控干。碗中倒入面和鲜软奶酪和火箭酱拌匀。
