A Crepe is a type of very thin pancake originate from Brittany, a region in the North of France. They are generally served with cider, but they are also very popular with a variety of sweet or salty fillings.

Ingredients (for about 15 crepes): 材料 (15张可丽饼)

  • 4 eggs  – 4 只鸡蛋
  • 1 glass of milk (250 ml)  – 1 杯牛奶
  • 80 g flour – 80 克面粉

In a bowl crack the eggs

Beat’ em slightly then sift in flour 将鸡蛋均匀搅打一起, 然后慢慢加入面粉。

Pour in the milk and mix it up. 倒入牛奶均匀搅打好


Grease the pan using some butter. 将黄油涂烤盘锅上。


Pour in some of the mixture and move the pan so that the mixture will be spread evenly on the pan. Cook one side for about 2 min.将可丽饼浆 倒进锅里.将煎锅倾斜 绕圈,让饼浆均匀铺在锅壁上. 将可丽饼煎 2分钟左右.


Then flip the other side and cook for other 2 min. 翻一面继续 煎2分钟


Now your crepes are ready! 你的克丽饼准备好了!
