Making Japanese Sushi

Sushi is one of my favorite food. Since my trip to Japan, last May, I’ve always been looking for good places where to eat sushi here in Shanghai, which there are a lot but are also pretty expensive. Therefore I have decided to learn how to make my own sushi.

Sushi, Sashimi, Rolls may seem simple but I’d deceptively difficult to do properly. It takes a lot of practice to make it right  and I don’t have the skills to do it properly yet, but, I believe,  practice makes perfect.
