Mushroom Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce

Lasagna is one of those dish to which I can’t resist, it is just too good for saying no to nice and warm serving of it. After the traditional lasagna alla bolognese recipe today I’m going to post what in Italy we call a “Lasagna Bianca” which means “white lasagna” from it’s color, since there is no tomato sauce but just a soft and creamy bechamel sauce.


  • 15 sheets of lasagna – 15 张意大利千层面
  • 2 cups bechamel sauce –  350 升 bechamel酱
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese  (90 g) – 90 克磨碎帕尔马干酪
  • 500 g mushrooms – 500 克白蘑菇
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese – 150 克mozarella 酪
  • Parsley, salt, black pepper – 欧芹,食用盐,黑辣椒粉

Wash and cut the mushrooms. 把白蘑菇洗干净切 片。

In a pan heat some oil and saute’ the garlic and mushrooms with salt till soft. Turn off the heat and add the minced parsley and black pepper.  在锅中放入橄榄油炒蒜,白蘑菇,炒香后加入盐,欧芹和黑辣椒粉。

Bring some water to a boil and cook for about 5 min the lasagna sheets. (you can add a tbsp of oil in the water to avoid the pasta to stick together).In an over tray drop 2-3 tbsp of bechamel sauce. Lay enough sheets of lasagna to cover the bottom of the tray. 意大利千层面条煮熟捞出(你可以倒入1勺橄榄油以至不让面沾到一起)。一正方烤盤中底先加一點bechamel酱。 然后把意大利千层面排好在盘中(一层就好)

Sprinkle some parmesan cheese, mozzarella, mushrooms and more bechamel sauce。面上放帕尔马干酪,mozzarella 酪,蘑菇和bechamel 酱

Cover with an other layer of lasagna sheets and repeat as above until you get about 4-5 layers.Cover the top with more bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese. 这样重复步骤3跟4。最后把帕尔马干酪和bechamel 酱洒最上面。

Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for about 50 min. 放入预热的烤箱以约180度烤50分钟
