I’ve found this recipe on a cooking magazine and I thought it was a cool recipe for an original finger food or as an alternative starter. It can also be used as a way to have your children eat legumes without even realizing it 🙂
It is also a very healthy and low fat dish, ideal if you are on a diet!
Ingredients (about 15 cookies): 材料 (15 曲奇):
- 2 cups lentils – 2 杯扁豆 (400 克)

First soak the slices of bread in water., when soft squeeze the water out and place them in a mixer with the lentils, garlic, Parmesan cheese and flour.
