The Lentils cookies

I’ve found this recipe on a cooking magazine and I thought it was a cool recipe for an original finger food or as an alternative starter. It can also be used as a way to have your children eat legumes without even realizing it 🙂

It is also a very healthy and low fat dish, ideal if you are on a diet!

Ingredients (about 15 cookies): 材料 (15 曲奇):

  • 2 cups lentils – 2 杯扁豆 (400 克)
  • 3 slices of bread – 3片面包
  • 1 clove garlic – 11 瓣蒜
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan – 2汤匙磨碎帕尔马干酪
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs – 5汤匙面包屑
  • 5 tbsp flour – 5汤匙面粉

First soak the slices of bread in water., when soft squeeze the water out and place them in a mixer with the lentils, garlic, Parmesan cheese and flour. Puree all the ingredients together and place the mixture in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well. 首先泡面包片至变软,将水控干。将扁豆,蒜,磨碎帕尔马干酪,面粉和面包捣成糊状。加入面屑混合一起
