This is a recipe I’ve learned from my mom. It is easy, pretty quick and really tasty. It is an ideal solution for a quick dinner after a long day at work.
You can buy the pork chop at carrefour or even at the Chinese wet market.
Ingredients (for 4 servings) 配料(约4人份量):
- 800 g pork chop – 800 克猪肉排
- 100 g black olive – 100 克黑橄榄
- 300 g tomatoes – 300 克熟番茄
- 1 clove garlic (minced) – 1 瓣蒜
- salt, pepper, rosemary, flour – 食用盐,黑辣加分,迷迭香,面粉
Cover the pork chop with flour. 把面粉均匀撒在猪肉排上
In a bowl chop the tomatoes and olives 将番茄和橄榄切块放入碗中
In a pan heat the garlic and rosemary. 锅里加入油,蒜和迷迭香加热
Add the pork chop 加入猪肉排
Cook from both sides until it gets a nice golden brown color. 把肉的两面煎至金黄色
Add salt, black pepper, the tomatoes and olive. 加入盐黑辣椒分,番茄和橄榄。
Let simmer for about 15-20 min. Serve hot and enjoy! 🙂 用小-中火炖约15-20分钟。乘热上菜即可。用餐愉快!
