Nutella Croissant

Croissant with Nutella is one of my favorite breakfast. It’s easy to find croissant here in Shanghai, there are plenty of patisserie and bakery place, but making your own one, bake it and eat it warm is beyond compare.

Ingredients 原料:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry – 1张酥皮
  • Nutella
  • 1 egg, water – 1个鸡蛋

Sprinkle work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry in a sheet 3 mm thick. 台面上加一点面粉, 将面团擀做一个大圆饼。

Cut it into triangles. 切成12个三角形

Place 1 tbsp Nutella in the centre. 中间放一汤匙nutella酱。

Roll it up starting from the bottom to the point into the traditional croissant shape. 然后从宽的地方朝尖尖的地方卷

Place the croissants on a baking sheet 将牛角面包放在烤盘纸的烤盘里

Preheat oven at 220 C  (425 F). In a small bowl beat egg and 1 tbsp water. Glaze croissants with egg wash. 让烤箱预热达到220摄氏度。碗里把鸡蛋和一茶匙水均匀搅打一起。表面涂上蛋液

Bake for 20 min. ,烤20分钟
