Today I’m going to share with you an other delicious shake recipe. It is an ideal solution for a quick but energetic breakfast or as a snack after your workout routine. It’s also an easy way to incorporate into your diet the necessary amout of fruit that we daily need!

I’ve got a lot of emails about where to buy protein powder in China without breaking the bank. Well, almost any decent gym in town sells it but, yeah, they will charge you a lot more (double-triple the price). A cheaper solution is Taobao (see the Where To Shop section). Ingredients (for 1 big shake or 2 small shakes):
- 1/2 banana
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flour)
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp strawberry jello mix
- 3 ice cubes
In a blender combine all ingredients and mix for about one or two minutes (add more water if you want it less thick).
Pour it in a glass and enjoy!
One full shake provides:
- Calories: 320
- Fat: 3 g
- Carbohydrates: 35 g
- Protein: 27 g
